Further details have emerged regarding the shooting in Shkodër, in which Vladimir Bruçi was injured. According to police information, Pjerin Bitani is suspected of being the perpetrator, while the incident is believed to have been sparked by an argument over security cameras.

The injured man was transported to hospital, where he is receiving medical treatment, while police are searching for the suspect.

Police statement:

“At around 2:30 p.m., in the ‘Partizani’ neighborhood, citizen P. B. allegedly wounded citizen V. B. with a firearm, for trivial reasons. Citizen V. B. was taken to hospital and is receiving medical treatment.

Police services immediately went to the scene and are working to apprehend the suspected perpetrator.

The investigative team, under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office, is continuing its work to fully clarify and document the circumstances of the incident,” police said.
