Another Kosovo citizen has been detained by Serbian authorities, lawyer Arianit Koci announced.

The individual is Mentor Mustafa, 44, from the village of Jasenovik in the Municipality of Novo Brdo. He was detained on Saturday evening at around 10:30 p.m. at the border crossing between Hungary and Serbia while traveling by bus from Stuttgart to Kosovo.
His brother, Fejzullah Mustafa, said the Serbian authorities justified the detention by citing a damaged identity card.
Koci said he received information about the case after midnight. According to him, immediately after being notified, he began efforts to clarify the circumstances of the detention and secure the necessary legal assistance for Mustafa. The lawyer stressed that he would use all avenues and powers available to him to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

At around 10:30 p.m. last night, Serbian border authorities detained Mentor Mustafa, a 44-year-old citizen of the Republic of Kosovo from the village of Jasenovik in the Municipality of Novo Brdo. The detention took place at the border crossing between Hungary and Serbia.
At the time of his detention, Mustafa was traveling by bus from Stuttgart to Kosovo, accompanied by his brother, Fejzullah Mustafa.
His brother, who was present during the detention, said the Serbian authorities had told him that the measure was related to a damaged identity card.
