The Tirana Prosecutor’s Office has launched an ex officio investigation into the wounding of protester Erjon Vishkulli last Saturday on the boulevard near the Prime Minister’s Office.
Vishkulli, 28, was wounded in the eye by a rubber bullet fired by police forces during the student protest, which saw intense clashes with the police, where once again officers exceeded the limits in their use of force and also committed acts of violence.
