Revolta Movement Calls Protest Outside Kosovo Assembly on August 6

The Revolta Movement has announced that a public protest will be held on August 6, starting at 10:00, in Ibrahim Rugova Square in Pristina, outside the Assembly of Kosovo.

In its announcement, the movement said the gathering would be held “to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo.”

The organizers’ three demands are the publication of the number of applications submitted and citizenships acquired by Serbian citizens under the Law on Citizenship, the repeal of Law No. 10/L-023 on Citizenship of the Republic of Kosovo, and the repeal of Article 155 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

“This is not a party-political issue, but one concerning the sovereignty, statehood, and future of the Republic of Kosovo. Join us,” the Revolta Movement’s call states.
