Rama in Gdansk for the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference, agenda released

Prime Minister Edi Rama will take part on June 25-26 in the Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine, held in Gdansk, Poland. The event will be attended by heads of state and government, representatives of international financial institutions, business leaders, and civil society organizations from around the world.

The conference aims to increase international support for Ukraine and attract investment for the country’s reconstruction and long-term development. Discussions will focus on the sectors most affected by Russian aggression, including energy, critical infrastructure, and logistics, as well as strengthening security and defense capabilities, which are considered essential to the reconstruction process.

Rama will be received by his Polish counterpart Donald Tusk and, together with the delegation accompanying him, will take part in the conference’s official opening ceremony. According to the agenda, he will deliver a greeting speech in the second plenary session.

During his stay in Gdansk, the Prime Minister will hold several bilateral meetings with counterparts, as well as with the European Union Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos.

Also, as part of this program, he will meet with leaders of international companies, including representatives from the energy and investment sectors, with the aim of promoting economic cooperation and opening new opportunities for development.
