This is the homemade device, resembling an explosive, used to threaten businessman Zija Shulku in Peshkopi. The incident, which occurred a day earlier, was solved by Dibra police within a few hours.

The photos were obtained by journalist Xhensila Kodra. According to preliminary information, the businessman was asked to pay 50 million lek, with a warning that otherwise his business would be blown up.
The threatening message was left for the businessman in an improvised box at the corner of the gas station, after which he was notified by text message on his mobile phone.
According to sources, among other things, the perpetrator had written on top of the box that the businessman must not notify the police; otherwise, the explosion would be remotely detonated.
As a result of an intensive investigation, Dibra police solved the case in record time by arresting the suspected perpetrator. An official police statement on the incident is expected shortly.
