PD presents itself unbroken, with over 400 protests in three years

According to Sali Berisha, the Democratic Party has succeeded in exposing what he calls an electoral farce on the international stage. He made this statement while emphasizing that the political force he leads enters this phase undefeated, having organized more than 400 protests and hundreds of other actions over the past three years against what he describes as an authoritarian dictatorship.

During his speech, Berisha highlighted that the PD Presidency has given the green light to proposals from branches regarding the composition of the Diaspora Council and the participation of its representatives in the National Council. He clarified that these suggestions were supplemented during the meeting.

The opposition leader described the current situation as a hot summer not only in terms of temperatures, but also politically. He expressed his deepest respect for tens of thousands of citizens who, according to him, every night confront what he calls a narco-dictatorship, one of the most evil and ugliest in Europe and the world.

Furthermore, Berisha noted that everything happening in the streets and squares of Tirana represents a battle for the most just cause possible. He described this as a fight against one of the three main enemies of man, tyranny. Subsequently, he reconfirmed that the PD continues, with all its potential, its mission to restore the free vote of Albanians and to achieve the rotation of power.
