Palatova calls for resolving the political deadlock and swiftly establishing institutions in Kosovo

The acting head of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Eva Palatova, held a farewell meeting with Kosovo’s acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti.

During the meeting, she conveyed the EU’s position that Kosovo should overcome the political deadlock and proceed as quickly as possible with the formation of new institutions.

Palatova also underscored the importance of advancing reforms and making full use of the opportunities offered by the EU Growth Plan.

According to her, the plan aims to support Kosovo’s development as a multi-ethnic state with aspirations for membership in the European Union.

During the conversation, Palatova stated that the European Union continues to be Kosovo’s strongest partner.
