Osmani honors Kosovo Police heroes on memorial day: Their glory will be eternal

On the occasion of the memorial day for police officers who have fallen in the line of duty, former President Vjosa Osmani has honored their memory, expressing gratitude for all the officers who daily safeguard the Republic with bravery, professional dedication, and unwavering loyalty.

In a message published on Facebook, Osmani emphasized that Kosovo’s heroes will inherit everlasting glory.

“Our Police is the shield of security, constitutional order, and state sovereignty in every corner of Kosovo, whether in times of peace or in facing challenges, in the north and in the south. On this day, dedicated to the memory of police officers fallen in the line of duty, we bow with the deepest respect for their sacrifice,” she wrote.

“Afrim Bunjaku, Enver Zymeri, and all the other heroes of the Police showed that Kosovo does not kneel before anyone. They placed duty, honor, and homeland above everything, and therefore their glory will remain eternal,” concluded the former president.
