The Democratic Party of Kosovo has announced that tomorrow, at 09:00, it will turn to the Constitutional Court for an interpretation concerning the constitution of the Kosovo Assembly and the vote on the new government, which took place on Sunday.

The announcement will be made at a media conference outside the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo. The PDK will be represented by the chair of its parliamentary group, Arian Tahiri, MP Përparim Gruda and lawyer Faton Fetahu.
During the day, the party said it considers the Assembly to be improperly constituted and the government unconstitutional.
Meanwhile, following the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly, at which the new government was elected, re-elected Prime Minister Albin Kurti asked the PDK to nominate its candidate for deputy speaker of the Assembly as soon as possible. According to Kurti, this step would enable the PDK to participate in the work of the parliamentary committees.
