OBRM-PDUKM Accuses LSDM, BDI, and the Left of Fabricating Excuses Ahead of Elections

From the ranks of OBRM-PDUKM, they emphasize that LSDM, the Left, and BDI have once again proven that their aim is not a new Electoral Code, but the creation of a political obstacle. Although they participated in discussions and text alignment for months, they withdrew precisely at the moment when the finalization of the agreement was expected, thus destroying the entire process.

After four months of parliamentary talks on the Electoral Code, Venko Filipče has come up with a new reason and remembered that he needs experts.

The blockage of the Electoral Code constitutes a joint initiative of LSDM, the Left, and BDI; these three parties are building an alibi, driven by fear of elections and defeat.

OBRM-PDUKM remains open to reaching an immediate agreement among opposition forces, if this would facilitate voting for the diaspora.

If Macedonia moves forward with the old Electoral Code, the burden of responsibility lies entirely with LSDM, Levica, and BDI.
