NAMES/ Tirana stabbing solved, three arrested and a 17-year-old wanted

Police have solved the conflict that took place on Monday evening on “Frosina Plaku” Street, where several people became involved in a fight with hard objects and a sharp tool, for trivial motives.

As a result of the investigation, Luçiano Nurçja, 46, Albert Lika, 44, and Enea Kurti, 23, were arrested in flagrante delicto, suspected of the criminal offense of “Intentional serious injury.”

Meanwhile, A. I., 33, who is hospitalized, has been prosecuted while remaining free.

Police have also declared E. L., 17, wanted, suspected of intentional serious injury committed in collaboration, as well as possessing a bladed weapon without a permit. Efforts to capture him are ongoing.

Tirana/The incident that occurred yesterday evening on “Frosina Plaku” Street has been documented.

After fighting with hard objects and a sharp tool, for trivial motives, 3 citizens were put in handcuffs, 1 citizen was prosecuted, and 1 other was declared wanted.

The Serious Crimes Investigation Section, in cooperation with Police Station No. 2, after receiving notification that at the entrance to a building parking lot on “Frosina Plaku” Street, several citizens had clashed with hard objects and one of them had used a sharp tool, immediately organized work to clarify the circumstances of the incident and identify the perpetrators.

As a result of swift investigative actions, the incident was documented and, at the conclusion of procedural actions, citizens L. N., 46, A. L., 44, and E. K., 23, were arrested in flagrante delicto, suspected of the criminal offense of “Intentional serious injury.”

Also, citizen A. I., 33, who is in hospital under doctors’ care, was prosecuted while remaining free.

Likewise, citizen E. L., 17, was declared wanted, suspected of the criminal offenses of “Intentional serious injury,” committed in collaboration, and “Manufacturing, possessing, buying or selling bladed weapons without a permit.” Work continues to capture him.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
