LSDM: OBRM-PDUKM talks about an average salary of 1,000 euros, but did not support the 600 euro minimum

LSDM accused today that the “mafia” has come out with a new figure, promising an average salary of one thousand euros. According to them, this is the same as previous claims about pension increases 16 times, about having the third economy in Europe, or about the “Geta” project that supposedly cost nothing.

They emphasized that the proposal for a minimum wage of 600 euros was rejected in Parliament. LSDM had submitted the law, but OBRM-PDUKM did not vote for it, “The Left” was absent from the chamber, and ZNAM also did not give its vote.

According to LSDM, even two minimum wages are not enough to cover the reduced government basket. With rent included, the union basket exceeds 90,000 denars. Fuel prices have reached maximum levels and citizens do not even have enough for bread.

An average salary of one thousand euros cannot be achieved with words, but with concrete actions, LSDM said. This means increasing the minimum wage, lowering the union basket, and implementing the measures LSDM proposed from the very beginning of the crisis. However, nothing was approved and prices hit records, and now comes the “fairy tale.”
