LSDM accuses: Judiciary led by Mickoski frees Gruevski and returns properties to OBRM-PDUKM

According to LSDM, the justice system, which is under the influence of Hristijan Mickoski, has found Nikolla Gruevski innocent and has lifted the freeze on OBRM-PDUKM’s assets.

The political party asserted that the public is witnessing the moment when the court and prosecution, manipulated by Mickoski, remove Gruevski’s responsibility in the “Talir 2” affair and simultaneously free the party’s criminally sourced properties.

After an eight-year period, the building known as the “White Palace,” valued at 14 million euros, along with the rest of the political group’s assets totaling 2 million euros, has been returned to the ranks of OBRM-PDUKM.

LSDM stressed that this is the face of a governance where a criminal structure protects its interests and saves its own from facing the law, leaving justice unenforced.

Referring to the specific case, they recalled that Gruevski holds the status of a convict who should have served his sentence in Idrizovo, but not only is he staying free, but Mickoski is also not taking steps for his extradition. According to them, the relevant documentation has spent months traveling from one institution to another without ever being sent to its destination, in a completely deliberate manner.

They added that with this action, Mickoski is allowing his political mentor to escape responsibility for the “Talir 2” scandal, describing this as a conscious protection of the biggest figure of crime and corruption in Macedonia.

Finally, LSDM stated that Gruevski, the person who fled to Hungary, now continues to enjoy life, without being held accountable to the authorities, solely thanks to Hristijan Mickoski’s stance.
