Kusari: Bekim Sejdiu is the candidate for a President who unites all of Kosovo

Mimoza Kusari, chairwoman of Alternativa, which is in a coalition with the Vetëvendosje Movement, has called on all lawmakers to vote for Bekim Sejdiu’s candidacy for President of Kosovo.

In a Facebook post, she said that Prof. Dr. Bekim Sejdiu should receive support, as the country needs a President who represents the state beyond political clashes and divisions.

According to Kusari, Sejdiu is a figure who respects the Constitution, strengthens institutions and contributes to bringing citizens together.

“With his experience as a professor of law, former judge of the Constitutional Court, diplomat and Ambassador of Kosovo, Prof. Sejdiu brings integrity, professionalism and institutional experience.

At this moment, the election of the President must rise above party interests. It must be a choice for the Republic,” she wrote.
