During the Global AI and Digital Summit 2026, which is being held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, Minister of Digitalization and Public Administration Lulëzon Jagxhiu met with the Minister of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation of the Republic of Mauritius, Dr. Avinash Ramtohul.

According to the Ministry of Digitalization and Public Administration, the discussions focused on the experiences and priorities of both countries in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and technological innovation.
The ministers also addressed the common challenges accompanying the development of these sectors, particularly the creation of digital solutions, the strengthening of institutional capacities and the use of new technologies.
The meeting created an opportunity to identify areas of mutual interest and examine steps that would strengthen cooperation between Kosovo and Mauritius.
The parties presented their perspectives on the role of technology and artificial intelligence in promoting economic development and improving public services.
