During the discussions, Konjufca raised concerns about the situation of Albanians in the Preševo Valley.
“The deactivation of addresses, obstacles to the recognition of diplomas and insufficient representation in state institutions are concrete problems that require concrete solutions. The rights of communities must be guaranteed and respected equally for everyone,” he declared.
The Kosovar minister also highlighted the need for regional cooperation built on equality. According to him, the agreements reached must bring benefits and tangible results for citizens.
“For Kosovo, European integration must move forward on the basis of merit and results. The progress achieved must be followed by concrete steps in the integration process, which for Kosovo means obtaining candidate country status and opening accession negotiations. The Berlin Process proves its value when regional cooperation is transformed into concrete and tangible results in the lives of citizens,” Konjufca said.
