A worker suffered serious injuries in an accident that occurred today at the workplace within the Coal Production Division, KEK announced.

According to KEK’s statement, the Kosovo Police and emergency medical teams were notified immediately after the incident. The responsible units are at the scene and are carrying out the necessary procedures.
The company explained that it cannot release further information at this time, as the relevant procedures are still ongoing and the family members must be notified.
KEK emphasized that it will issue a statement in due course, once the competent authorities have fully confirmed the circumstances of the incident.
