FSK Colonel Ahmet Ajeti in Israel, expansion of defense cooperation in focus

Kosovo’s Ministry of Defense has announced that the director for International Cooperation, Colonel Ahmet Ajeti, took part in the “Herzliya” Conference in Israel, where he also held meetings with several Israeli policymakers.

According to the ministry, the visit was carried out with the coordination and support of the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Israel, with the aim of advancing cooperation, especially in the defense sector.

The statement says that, in addition to participating in the Herzliya Conference, Colonel Ahmet Ajeti also met with the executive director of the Institute for Policy and Strategy, retired Major General Amos Gilead.

Colonel Ajeti also visited the Israeli Parliament, where he held a meeting with the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defense, Boaz Bismuth. During these meetings, according to the statement, the need to strengthen cooperation and address security challenges was highlighted.
