Haxhiu on visit to AKI: Strengthening capacities remains key to addressing future challenges

Acting President Albulena Haxhiu paid a visit today to the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI), where she was received by director Petrit Ajeti and other officials of the institution.

In a Facebook post, Haxhiu said she had been closely briefed on the work, organization and priorities of AKI, which she described as a key institution for the security of the Republic of Kosovo.

She stressed that she had expressed appreciation for the professionalism and commitment of AKI officials in protecting security and state interests.

“I was closely acquainted with the work, organization and priorities of this key institution for the security of the Republic of Kosovo.

I expressed my appreciation for the professionalism and dedication of AKI officials in protecting security and state interests. Strengthening its capacities and inter-institutional cooperation remain essential for a secure Republic prepared for the challenges of the future,” Haxhiu wrote on Facebook.

In her full post, she said: Today I visited the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI), where I was received by the director, Mr. Petrit Ajeti, and other Agency officials. I was closely acquainted with the work, organization and priorities of this key institution for the security of the Republic of Kosovo.
