A sister and her brother were killed yesterday in the village of Lower Livoç in Gjilan. The woman’s husband is suspected of being responsible for the incident, while another person was also injured in the shooting.

Following the incident, police detained a suspect. Meanwhile, the Basic Prosecution in Gjilan has launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances and motives behind the double murder.
A relative of the victims said the family had not previously experienced any major problems. According to him, initial suspicions point to the victim’s husband’s jealousy.
He also said that the male victim was the family’s only son.
The funeral of the two victims is expected to take place tomorrow.
The serious incident occurred on Friday in Lower Livoç, Gjilan, where two people lost their lives and another was injured after allegedly being shot by a man.
The Kosovo Police’s 24-hour report said that the suspect was arrested after the incident. Those killed were his wife and her brother, while the injured person was the wife’s uncle’s son.
