Court-ordered searches of five homes belonging to the Reçi family in probe into Viktor Bardhi’s killing

Following a decision by the Lezhë Court, police forces searched five homes belonging to members of the Reçi family and people close to or acquainted with them, as part of the investigation into the murder of Viktor Bardhi.

The main objective of the operation was to find material evidence, weapons or other compromising items that could be linked to the victim’s killing.

Bardhi was shot dead while inside his vehicle by still-unidentified individuals, who used a firearm—a pistol fitted with a silencer.

The investigative team is continuing its fieldwork to seize all evidence and examine every possible lead linking previous clashes or conflicts between the parties to this serious criminal incident.
