Citizen’s complaint reveals the name of another Ergys Agasi associate in the administration!

An anonymous complaint implicates Ina Bello, the former director of the Regional Directorate of Taxes in Durrës, as well as businessman Ergys Agasi.

The complainant claims that, during Bello’s time at the head of the institution, various businesses were subjected to inspections and fined, even though, according to the complainant, they had committed no violations or had any unpaid tax liabilities.

According to the material, the inspections were not carried out equally for everyone, while businesses that the complainant associates with the opposition are alleged to have been penalized more frequently through administrative measures.

Ergys Agasi’s name is also mentioned in the complaint, which claims that he and Ina Bello had cooperated. However, these statements are not accompanied by documents, communications or other concrete evidence.

The complaint also refers to Bello’s removal from her leadership post at the Durrës Tax Directorate. According to reports dated January 30, 2026, she did not leave by resignation but was dismissed for poor performance and later transferred to the position of tax inspector in Tirana.

She was succeeded as head of the institution by Agron Nuredinaj.
