Arben Kola Calls for Unity Against Corruption: 5 MEPs to Arrive in Tirana Tomorrow in Support of the Protest

Activist Arben Kola has called on Albanians to unite against corruption and, as he put it, against a corrupt government.

According to him, today marks the 27th protest against Rama, while citizens have also called on SPAK to deliver justice. Kola added that tomorrow, 5 Members of the European Parliament will arrive in Tirana in support of the protest.

“If you continue with prosecutions, threats and blackmail, we will not be able to hold back the people from coming to your homes. We have said the protest will be peaceful. But since none of your attempts have worked, you are now trying through fines, like the 150-euro fines you imposed on the diaspora. Shameful police. A call for SPAK to act as quickly as possible against those imposing these fines. SPAK, act as quickly as possible to arrest these bandits. We ask for the cooperation of the justice system so that the people do not escalate the protest. Tomorrow will be the national protest and we invite every Albanian to be here,” he said.
