After the ruling in The Hague, Hamza holds meetings with Kurti, Abdixhiku and Gjini

Following the ruling handed down in The Hague, Bedri Hamza, chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, met separately today with Albin Kurti, Lumir Abdixhiku and Ardian Gjini, the three leaders of parliamentary parties.

The meetings were held at Hamza’s initiative, and he expressed his gratitude to all three leaders for their willingness to meet.

“Following the ruling in The Hague, I held separate meetings today at my request with the three leaders of parliamentary parties, Mr Kurti, Mr Abdixhiku and Mr Gjini. I thank all three for the meetings,” Hamza said.

According to him, the discussions focused on the situation that has emerged, the difficulties facing the country and the scope for cooperation among political forces during this period.

“During the meetings, we discussed the seriousness of the situation, the challenges we face and the possibilities for cooperation during this important period for our people and our state,” the PDK chairman wrote.

The meetings took place one day after the ruling in The Hague, at a time when developments following it have prompted discussions about future actions and institutional and political coordination in Kosovo.
