Ina Zhupa, who chairs the Commission for Culture, Tourism, and Diaspora, has expressed her stance on the newest platform announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama. She considers this a failed attempt to revive the same propagandistic narrative, simply by slapping a fresh label on it.

Referring to previous governing strategies, Zhupa emphasizes that renaming cannot obscure either the administration’s shortcomings or the real situation people experience. According to the MP, Albanians are no longer fooled by “the same content wrapped in a new piece” and are now determined to see Rama’s departure and the establishment of a transitional government that would ensure a fair electoral process.
She recalled that past promises, such as “co-governance” and “the Albania we want”, have now been replaced with slogans like “Mirror of Albania”, but in essence they remain merely reworked variants of the same empty rhetoric. “Edi Rama is trying once again to reinvent himself, but he has now reached a point where he can no longer be recycled,” Zhupa stated, emphasizing that citizens have seen this scenario many times before.
At the end of her reaction, she stressed that no new sentence and no manipulated mirror will divert the popular demand for the handover of the mandate and the transition to a caretaker government that paves the way for free elections.
