Zhernovski: Mickoski’s Cabinet Is Creating the Conditions to Accept the French Proposal

Andrej Zhernovski, a member of the SDSM Steering Board, said today that the government led by Hristijan Mickoski is building the political groundwork for accepting the French proposal.

“Dear citizens, everything is being prepared for the acceptance of the French proposal. According to the information we have received from Brussels, Mickoski’s government has already agreed to this issue. Clear signals in this direction have come from Brussels, Berlin and Paris,” Zhernovski said during today’s press conference, held in front of the Government building.

According to him, the Government is trying to devise a strategy to present as a success what it until yesterday described as a lie and high treason.

“This is the reason for this entire strategy concerning what is happening today on these premises. Otherwise, how can it be explained that SDSM was right? It must be acknowledged that they came to power precisely on the basis of those lies,” he said.

Zhernovski said that politicians, journalists and citizens had been confronted with an unexpected turn in Timcho Mucunski’s politics and diplomacy. According to him, the change began when Mucunski acknowledged that citizens are not “North Macedonians,” as the party had claimed when it was in opposition, and that their language is not “North Macedonian,” but that they are Macedonians and speak the Macedonian language.

He said that the moment is approaching when citizens, particularly those who voted for VMRO-DPMNE, will understand that this is a party that came to power through lies and continues to govern through them./Telegrafi/
