Two FBI Officials Visit Kosovo Correctional Service, Terrorism and Security Risks in Focus

Kosovo Correctional Service Director General Ismail Dibrani held a meeting with two officials from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), focusing on the prevention and combating of terrorism, the identification and management of security risks, and the further development of professional capacities.

The Kosovo Correctional Service said the parties reviewed opportunities to expand institutional cooperation in security and law enforcement, based on the sharing of experience and the implementation of international best practices.

The cooperation achieved so far was also analyzed during the meeting. According to the statement, this engagement was considered important for strengthening the professional capacity of the Kosovo Correctional Service and addressing common security-related challenges.

At the conclusion, both parties agreed that cooperation should continue and intensify in all areas of mutual interest. This will be achieved through uninterrupted coordination, the exchange of information, and the organization of joint professional activities.
