The second Albanian worker injured in an explosion at a refinery in Greece several days ago has died. 50-year-old Dorian Hysa succumbed to his injuries. 43-year-old Robert Cakaj also died in the same incident.

Following the accident, authorities launched an investigation into whether safety rules were followed during maintenance work. Four people with a direct role in overseeing the controversial project have been arrested as part of the investigation.
Those detained include a 36-year-old foreman, a manager in the Health and Safety Department, and a project operator. The latest three arrests came after the detention of the contractor for the external workshop, who was carrying out work inside the refinery when the accident occurred.
