Traffic Flowing Smoothly, No Delays at Border Crossings

The Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Macedonia reports that traffic on all state road routes is proceeding normally and on dry road surfaces. However, authorities are calling for increased vigilance on several specific sections, including the Katlanovo-Veles road, the Mavrovo-Debar-Struga route, as well as the Vinica-Berovo and Kochani-Delchevo directions. In these areas, which pass through valleys and mountain gorges, the risk of landslides remains present.

Meanwhile, the volume of vehicles on roads outside urban centres has increased. However, this is not causing traffic difficulties. The Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Macedonia urges drivers to adjust their speed to road conditions, obey traffic signs and drive with the utmost caution, especially in areas with rugged terrain.

As for border crossing points, no long queues have been reported on the Macedonian side. The movement of travellers and vehicles is taking place without significant delays, both when entering and leaving the country’s territory.
