Shaqir Totaj, deputy chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, has described Bedri Hamza’s decision to resign as noble, saying that this move creates a new democratic path for electoral processes within the party.
In thanking Hamza for his engagement in leading the PDK, Totaj stressed that his role and contribution to the party remain important even during this process.

Through his post, Totaj expressed gratitude to chairman Bedri Hamza for the measured, honest, and dedicated manner in which he has led the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
According to Totaj, in a time accompanied by great challenges, Hamza showed that the interests of the country and protecting the unity of their political family take priority over any personal ambition.
He underlined that Hamza’s noble resignation opened a new and democratic direction for the internal elections, while his contribution, as one of the important pillars of the PDK, will continue to carry great weight.
Totaj concluded his message with respect and sincere gratitude for the work, dignity, and the path they have traveled together.
