The sitting will open with the approval of the minutes of the previous session, held on October 5, followed by announcements. The agenda includes an urgent interpellation with the Minister of the Interior, Ervin Demo, requested by a group of opposition MPs from the Democratic Party.
The agenda also includes two separate interpellations with the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Enea Karakaçi, as well as another with the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj. One of the most sensitive items on the agenda is the bill addressing the new administrative-territorial division of local government units, whose approval requires a qualified majority of votes.
At the conclusion of the session, MPs will vote on the draft decision to establish a special parliamentary investigative committee to examine the legality of the operations of the state-owned company KAYO. Lawmakers will also have 60 minutes to discuss issues that are not part of the official agenda.
