The Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced that on Monday, July 27, 2026, Greek customs officers will hold a strike at the border crossings of Evzoni (Bogorodica), Dojran (Dojran) and Niki (Medzhitlija). The announcement was based on data provided by the relevant authorities of the Hellenic state.

According to the official schedule, the work stoppage will last from 05:00 to 09:00 Macedonia time, which corresponds to the interval 06:00–10:00 local Greek time. During this period, passenger cars will be able to cross only in 10-minute cycles, while the movement of heavy goods vehicles will be completely blocked in both directions, both entering and exiting Greek territory.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs guaranteed that it will make available all human and technical resources to cope with the situation and take appropriate measures during this time.
