SPAK’s action against Vlora Hyseni/Berisha: It does not happen in any country that the head of SHISH is in the service of crime!

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted to the operation by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) as part of investigations into the AKSHI case, in which, by a decision of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO), the suspension from duty and house arrest were imposed on the director of the State Intelligence Service (SHISH), Vlora Hyseni.

At a press conference, Berisha stressed that this is the first time in history that a head of a state intelligence service has been placed at the service of crime, adding that Hyseni had violated her oath and the law.

According to Berisha, she made a secret visit to Belgrade as soon as she took office as head of SHISH in 2023. According to the Democratic Party leader, she was also dismissed from her position at Kosovo’s Intelligence Agency because she had handed secret information to Kosovo’s enemies.

“This is the first time you hear that the head of a service in a country was in the service and support of crime. Today, the Prosecution has issued an arrest warrant for Vlora Hyseni, the head of the National Intelligence Service, as an accomplice in crime, as a person who violated her oath and the law, and handed the service’s secrets over to criminals. There is no lower level of betrayal of duty and the law than this. Naturally, SHISH is an institution of extraordinary importance for national security. Our interest in this service began after the forced departure, supposedly for studies, of the former head of the service, Helidon Bendo. His infamous adviser was sent to the service, and with his very first act, on Rama’s orders, he ordered employees to halt all cooperation with partner services. Korea might have had such an order, but at that time the famous Hyseni was Edi Rama’s adviser on intelligence services. This was reported in 2022. Highly reliable sources report that, as soon as she took office, Vlora Hyseni was dismissed by the government of Kosovo because she plundered the service’s data and sent it to Kosovo’s enemies. She was appointed director, and her first visit was to Belgrade, where she stayed for more than 10 days,” Berisha said.
