SPAK raids Ron Yeffet’s villa, searches Israeli businessman’s home after audio recordings

The Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) has searched the villa of Israeli-American businessman Ron Yeffet in the village of Pëllumbas.

Piranjat reported the news. The search was carried out as part of inquiries being conducted by the Special Prosecution Office.

Ron Yeffet’s name has drawn particular attention in recent weeks because of his activities in the defense sector and his business ties in Albania.

Yeffet is an Israeli-American businessman involved in several companies operating in the defense sector.

These include Timak Defence and Advanced Arms Technology, companies established in 2025 that produce and supply military vehicles, weapons and drones.

His name was mentioned in audio recordings recently made public by former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj. The recordings raise allegations of a possible arms and ammunition trafficking scheme involving Albania, defense-sector companies and KAYO.

Today’s SPAK search of his villa has again drawn attention to the businessman’s activities in Albania and his ties to the defense sector.

Further details are expected to emerge about the purpose of the search and whether SPAK’s actions are connected to any of the cases that have come to public attention in recent weeks.

Yeffet has also been mentioned in a court case in Miami, where an American businessman has sued him over the nonpayment of a debt worth millions of dollars.
