SPAK gives final conclusions for Kryemadhi, Xhixho and Ema Çoku: Hundreds of thousands of euros not justified!

The Special Prosecutor’s Office has presented the final conclusions in the trial of the case against Fatime Kryemadhi, Pirro Xhixho and Ema Çoku, listing a series of findings on financial sources which, according to the prosecution, are not justified.

According to SPAK, Fatime Kryemadhi does not justify 98 thousand euros, 246 thousand dollars, 100 thousand euros declared as payments from the company “Agi Cons” for loan repayments, as well as another 310 thousand euros considered to have an unjustified source.

The prosecution declared that two loans were taken for the purchase of apartments, but they were repaid in cash, which, according to the accusation, do not have a proven legal source.

“The two loans were taken to buy the apartments, but the loans were repaid in cash, with unjustified sources.

“The notarial declarations were drawn up after Fatime Kryemadhi was questioned by the prosecution. The persons questioned regarding the cash loans have no trace of declaring the monetary amounts at border crossing points,” SPAK stated.

In its conclusions, the Special Prosecutor’s Office also focuses on Ema Çoku, for whom it claims she had a close connection with Monika Kryemadhi.

According to SPAK, this relationship is proven not only by frequent communications between them, but also by a series of bank transactions. The prosecution claims that Ema Çoku has signed notarial declarations, according to which she had given Fatime Kryemadhi 240 thousand euros.

SPAK also emphasizes that Ema Çoku’s company paid hotel bills for foreign nationals who had come to support the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI), as well as expenses related to activities of the Youth Movement for Integration (LRI).

The prosecution adds that Ema Çoku was a debtor to second-tier banks for loans in substantial amounts and, according to it, did not have the financial means to make such donations.

“Ema Çoku has attempted to justify the actions of the other defendants in this proceeding through notarial declarations,” it is stated in SPAK’s final conclusions.
