According to protothema.gr, the two doctors allegedly tried to erase every trace of his presence from the premises while simultaneously searching through artificial intelligence for ways to bring him back to life.

The new evidence was obtained through an examination of electronic devices seized during the investigation. It has taken on particular significance following the filing of charges against the two doctors, acting jointly, for improper medical treatment that caused the death.

One of the key discoveries concerns the doctor’s mobile phone. During the analysis of the device, police found a deleted photograph showing Giorgos Mazonakis lying on the bed where plasmapheresis is performed.

Investigators are trying to determine the exact moment when the photograph was taken. The possibility being examined is that it may have been taken on the day the singer died, but this must be confirmed through digital forensic analysis.

Determining when the file was created is considered essential, as the photograph could serve as objective evidence of what was happening on the premises and of the stage of the procedure Mazonakis was undergoing before he went into cardiac arrest.

Another unusual element of the investigation concerns the use of a computer while Giorgos Mazonakis was still in the doctor’s office and shortly before his death.

Authorities must determine who conducted the search, the exact time it was carried out, the question that was entered, the response that was received, and whether this discovery coincided in time with Mazonakis going into cardiac arrest.

The doctor’s computer also revealed other data now under examination. According to protothema.gr, a review of the electronic calendar showed that entries concerning George Mazonakis’s appointments had been deleted.

Investigators consider it particularly significant that neither the entire calendar nor a large number of appointments had been deleted. The missing entries relate specifically to the singer.

Through digital forensic analysis, authorities are attempting to recover the information and determine the days and times when Mazonakis had visited or was expected to visit the clinic, as well as when the deletions were made.
