Rrezarta Krasniqi criticizes Abdixhiku: You blamed her for the 2020 result and nominated her for president

Former Democratic League of Kosovo MP Rrezarta Krasniqi has responded to the party’s leader, Lumir Abdixhiku, following his comments regarding the refusal of six LDK lawmakers to support Bekim Sejdiu’s candidacy for president.

Krasniqi responded in a comment on Abdixhiku’s post, where she called several of his political decisions into question and mentioned LDK’s result in the 2020 elections.

“You blamed the woman responsible for the 2020 result and nominated her for president, and you are making the deal with Albin over her adviser. There will be light,” Krasniqi wrote.

Her comments followed Abdixhiku’s statements that LDK had not reached a governing agreement with the Vetëvendosje Movement and that new elections had not been included on the party’s agenda.

Through this response, Krasniqi brought renewed attention to the clashes and internal developments within LDK, challenging the positions expressed by its leader.
