Vetëvendosje MP Vigan Qorrolli has called on lawmakers to vote in today’s session on the election of the President and the approval of the Draft Law on the Special Court.

According to him, sending Kosovo to elections would have harmful consequences for the country and for the proceedings in The Hague. Qorrolli appealed for such a scenario to be avoided.
Qorrolli stressed that this is not the time to set the state back, arguing that voting for the President and the Draft Law on the Special Court constitutes a shared obligation to establish functioning institutions and ensure decision-making.
He also warned that going to elections would harm The Hague and the Republic of Kosovo, while calling on lawmakers not to act out of political resentment and dissatisfaction.
