Protesters gather again outside Parliament, strong chants against the government and police

This evening, protesters returned to the Parliament building, the same place where earlier in the day there were incidents and clashes with police forces.

Gathered outside Parliament, they chanted in unison, “Traitors, offspring of communists” and “Criminal police,” continuing their protest against the government.

Earlier, a protest was held outside Parliament, accompanied by tensions between demonstrators and the police. As a result of the incidents, six protesters were escorted to Police Station No. 1 in Tirana and were released a few hours later, after procedures were completed.

After the march held in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, the protesters returned once again to Parliament, where they repeated their chants against the government and the State Police.
