Prime Minister Rama admits his administration’s failure, says they take bribes from citizens

Prime Minister Edi Rama has acknowledged the problems of the state administration, while mentioning the case of a farmer from Lushnja who had been waiting three years for a response from the Ministry of Agriculture regarding an investment on public land in Vlora.

He read the message he had received from the citizen, adding that on the boulevard he had seen how unbearable the arrogance and lack of empathy of his administration’s officials had become for people. “In that mirror of Flamingo Boulevard, there were many like him, when I saw how unbearable the lack of empathy of state people has become for the people, the arrogance of soulless officials who talk as if they have a chair instead of a face, while they have parked their face where their backside should be. I’m not even talking about those who also ask for money,” Rama said among other things.
