The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Macedonia announced that today, on July 31, 2026, at 07:30, members of the Department of Internal Affairs in Gostivar arrested D.S. (58), a resident of the village of Raven in Gostivar. He is suspected of the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.”

By court order, the police searched the 58-year-old’s home and auxiliary premises, where they found and confiscated a white powdery substance, marijuana, and pistol cartridges.
According to the MoI, D.S. was taken and detained at the police station, and once the documentation of the case is completed, appropriate charges will be filed against him.
