Parliament approves new rules for electric scooters, use allowed only for those over 18

Parliament has approved the law regulating the use of electric scooters, setting stricter conditions for their movement and measures aimed at increasing traffic safety. Under the new provisions, these vehicles will be allowed to be used only by persons over the age of 18.

The changes also include traffic restrictions and clear rules on how electric scooters must be used, with the aim of reducing road accidents. The new law comes at a time when these vehicles have become increasingly present in urban traffic.
