OnlyFans Model Sentenced to Six Years in Prison for Fatally Stabbing Boyfriend

Courtney Clenney, a former OnlyFans model, has been sentenced to six years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter with a deadly weapon in connection with the death of her partner, Christian “Toby” Obumseli.

The 30-year-old reached a plea agreement under which she will be placed under community supervision for five years after completing her prison sentence.

The crime occurred on April 3, 2022, inside the Miami apartment where the couple lived. Obumseli, who was 27, died from a stab wound.

In previous statements, Clenney had insisted that she acted in self-defense. She claimed she had thrown the knife at her boyfriend from nearly three meters away, but prosecutors rejected that account, and the case proceeded through a lengthy legal process.

Clenney was initially charged with second-degree murder. Under the agreement reached with prosecutors, the charge was reduced to manslaughter with a deadly weapon. By pleading guilty, she avoided a full trial.

Clenney’s relationship with Obumseli has been described as highly volatile. During their relationship, both were involved in several altercations, while the two sides have offered differing accounts of the nature of their relationship.

Clenney’s defense had planned to present evidence supporting her claim that she had been abused by Obumseli. In contrast, the 27-year-old’s family has said that he was the victim of abuse by Clenney.

Clenney was arrested in Hawaii after the incident and charged with murder. Because she has been in custody since 2022, the time she has already spent behind bars will be deducted from her six-year sentence. According to reports, she may have about two more years to serve before her release, depending on credits and the terms of her sentence.
