Interior Minister Besfort Lamallari has announced the arrest of the wanted man Ylli Zalla, who is accused of complicity in the assassination in Rinas, in which Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani were killed.
According to the interior minister, Zalla was arrested during an operation in Krujë, after evading justice since 2025.

The operation was carried out by the RENEA Special Forces, the Special Operational Force Directorate, the operational units of the Tirana Local Police Directorate, and the Krujë Police Commissariat.
