Hristijan Mickoski said that the government he leads has a four-year mandate and that its main focus is implementing as many of its promised projects as possible, rather than organizing snap parliamentary elections.

During his visit to the Municipality of Tearce, the prime minister said work was under way to complete projects that had been left unfinished for years, with the aim of improving living conditions for citizens.
However, Mickoski did not rule out snap elections being held if the opposition takes the issue forward in parliament.
“If SDSM, Levica and DUI submit an initiative for snap parliamentary elections, then we, as the government, will provide the appropriate response,” he said.
