Lladrovci seeks MPs’ support for Justina Shiroka-Pula’s candidacy

Kryetari i Drenasit, Ramiz Lladrovci, declared that Justina Shiroka-Pula’s name has been under consideration within the Democratic Party of Kosovo for around three months as one of the possible candidates for the post of Kosovo’s president.

Speaking on the “Debat Plus” program, Lladrovci described Shiroka-Pula as a suitable candidate and said the proposal to nominate her was well-founded. He called on MPs to vote for her.

“Justina Pula is an extraordinary woman who accepts the position of president. She is a candidate who could come from the PDK. Her name has been discussed in the PDK for three months, and I am convinced that the proposal is well-founded and exceptional,” Lladrovci said.

He added that the candidacy should be acceptable to everyone, while explaining that he did not know whether her name had been discussed by the PDK Presidium, as he is not a member of that body. Nevertheless, Lladrovci said that Shiroka-Pula’s name had been mentioned and considered in the PDK as a possible nominee, appealing to all MPs to vote for her.
