Kurti met with America250 representatives and discussed opportunities for cooperation

Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti hosted a delegation from the America250 initiative, a bipartisan project created by the United States Congress.

In a Facebook post, Kurti said the delegation included well-known figures from academia, politics, the military and other fields, both in Kosovo and in the United States.

He wrote that during a warm and candid meeting, they discussed Kosovo’s remarkable progress in recent years, as well as ways to cooperate on the country’s further development in various sectors, including foreign policy, energy, defense and security.

Today I welcomed to the Office of the Prime Minister the delegation of the America250 initiative, a bipartisan project established by the United States Congress. The delegation consisted of distinguished personalities from academia, politics, the military and other fields, in Kosovo as well as in the United States.

In a warm and candid meeting, we discussed Kosovo’s remarkable progress over the past few years and the ways we can cooperate for the country’s further development in various sectors, including foreign policy, energy, defense and security.
