Kosovo’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti held a meeting with the United Kingdom’s ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves.

The meeting was held one day after the new government was approved, while, according to the Prime Minister’s Office, Ambassador Hargreaves congratulated Kurti on the progress made so far in establishing the institutions.
During the conversation, Prime Minister Kurti expressed his thanks and gratitude for the continuous and unwavering support that the United Kingdom has given to Kosovo and its citizens.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the parties also discussed the need to preserve institutional stability and current developments, as well as bilateral relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the United Kingdom. The focus was on strengthening cooperation in the economy, digitalization, information technology, defense, energy and the fight against disinformation.
