KPA offers 258 properties and units of socially owned enterprises in Kosovo for sale

The Kosovo Privatization Agency (KPA) has launched a new process for the sale of assets belonging to socially owned enterprises that are undergoing liquidation. The process is being conducted as part of the 75th Sale of Assets through Liquidation (ShAL 75).

The offer includes 258 assets across all six regions of Kosovo. They include agricultural units, residential properties, commercial buildings, warehouse space and business premises.

The KPA has explained that some of the properties contain land suitable for intensive agriculture and fruit cultivation. Other assets can be used for residential construction, business activities, logistics or storage.

According to the agency’s announcement, this round of sales aims to support economic development by creating concrete investment opportunities in the agriculture, housing, trade and services sectors.

The sizes of the properties vary. The list includes small units that may suit individual investors, as well as larger properties with development potential in rural areas, agribusiness and residential projects.

Interested parties must submit their sealed bids on September 9, 2026, at the “Conference Hall – Hotel Grand” in Pristina. Bids will be accepted from 10:00 to 12:00, and each offer must be accompanied by the deposit and application fee, in accordance with the criteria established for each unit.

The public review through the opening of bids is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. on the same day.

During this period, interested parties may request additional information and arrange visits to the properties put up for sale, the KPA said.

The agency has invited individuals, businesses, members of the diaspora and foreign investors to participate in a supervised and transparent procedure, taking advantage of the opportunity to invest in properties with significant value and development potential.
